Delivery Policy

1. Digital products only

GameCodeSeller sells digital goods only: Unity game source code, project files, templates, assets and documentation. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges, customs duties or courier tracking numbers.

2. How delivery works

1. You add products to your cart and go to checkout.
2. You pay with cryptocurrency on the secure Cryptomus payment page.
3. The blockchain confirms your transaction and Cryptomus notifies us that the payment is complete.
4. We send an order confirmation and a secure download link to the email address used for your order.
5. If you have an account, your purchase also appears in the Downloads section of your dashboard.

3. Delivery timeframes

Delivery time starts when the payment is confirmed, not when it is sent. Orders that are underpaid, paid after the invoice has expired, or sent on the wrong network need manual review and may take longer. See our Refund Policy for how these cases are handled.

4. What you receive

Unless the product page says otherwise, each purchase includes:

• The complete Unity project (scripts, scenes, prefabs, sprites, audio and other assets) in a compressed .zip or .unitypackage file.
• Documentation or a setup/reskin guide, where available.
• Information about the supported Unity version and any third-party SDKs used.
• A license to use the product as described in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Download access

• Download links are personal to you. Please do not share them; sharing breaches our license terms.
• For security, links may expire after a period of time or a number of downloads. If your link has expired, email us and we will send a new one free of charge.
• We recommend that you keep a backup copy of your files once downloaded.
• Some project files are large (hundreds of MB). Please use a stable internet connection when downloading.

6. If you haven't received your order

If you haven't received your download link within 24 hours of payment confirmation:

1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
2. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
3. Email admin@gamecodeseller.com with your order number, the email used at checkout and your transaction hash (TXID).

We will deliver your order or resolve the issue within 48 hours of your message. If we cannot deliver the product, you will receive a full refund under our Refund Policy.

7. Where we deliver

Because delivery is digital, we can deliver to customers worldwide, except to countries or persons subject to international sanctions, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
